Itinerary Creation - Using our wealth of knowledge and comprehensive database we are able to create bespoke
itineraries, sharing Indonesia’s best kept secrets above and below the waves.
SOP Consultation – We have developed a baseline of standard operating procedures, including both marine and
hospitality departments. Fully tailorable to any managed vessels, our team of specialists will meticulously construct or
contribute to our managed vessels master file.
Cruise Director Training – All cruise directors must start somewhere when they begin to charter the waters of guest
operations. Our experienced team are fully equipped to train and develop the Cruise Directors of the fleet. Achieved
using a structured training package, delivered during and out of guest operations.
Professional Guides – Adventure, culture, history or naturalist, change the theme of the expedition with a bespoke
guide. Trained and experienced within a certain field, our database of professionals can complement our managed
vessels onboard team to provide the difference that counts.
Monthly Vessel Report – Our managed vessels will receive monthly reports for our various specialists including
information on, crew movements, purchases, engine usage, fuel consumption, F&B costs and consumption and guest
comments/feedback.
Vessel Documentation – Accurate management of a vessel’s documentation is required by Indonesian law and port
authorities. Our service to ensure our managed vessels are fully compliant include, documentation extensions, emergency
documentation (if required), vessel registration, health and safety certification, assistance with Covid-19 government policy
and HACCP management certification for international food safety standards
