Vessel Clearance Formalities – Using our network of agents and Harbour Masters throughout the archipelago, we provide assistance to managed vessels captains, ensuring timely and efficient clearance formalities.

Bunkering Service – Working closely with the Captain’s and Chief Engineers of the fleet, we ensure all bunkering measures are monitored with accountability for safely, proficiently and expedient.

Guest Concierge Service – Our Concierge & Procurement Specialist, will work with our established network of shore based personal to provide clean, safe and timely transportation for vessels guest arrivals and departures.

National Park Arrangements – Indonesia’s national parks are frequently visited areas for all luxury vessels, we provide all required entry permits and tickets for vessels, crew and guests, taking the burden off the onboard team.

Bali Based Storage Facility – Space onboard any vessel is at a premium, therefore we offer our managed vessels, a shared air-conditioned storage facility in Bali. Capable to store any operational parts, products or items.

Procurement Service – Our procurement specialist is trained and familiar with multiple high-end suppliers, including - guest materials, spa products, hospitality items, marine & technical spares and consumables.
Using our effortless ordering procedure, the onboard teams will find the process easy and efficient. Ordering from certified suppliers or sourcing comparatives for our clients to review. We also provide our shared storge facility, with online inventory for each vessel, enabling us to securely hold the items before shipment to the vessel.

Guest Concierge Service - We have access to a wide range of land transport for guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
